First option would be a Stanley Ribbit Frog, to see if the bass were willing to come to the surface.

If that wasn't happening, I'd pitch a stick worm to areas along the pad edges.

If that didn't work, I'd pitch a Salty B-Bug directly into the pads and let it get to the bottom. One of those 3 methods would surely catch some bass  ;D
