I don't use fluoro leaders. I use either mono or fluoro spooled on. No leaders or joining lines.

So when I tie a bait to fluoro, it's on a rod that is 100% fluoro on the spool. The improved clinch knot hasn't failed me a single time on fluoro. I just make sure I wet it really good and then cinch it down slowly and evenly. Works well for me.  :nod:
