What is this called anyway? (shrug) How difficult is this to replace? Mine broke in season 1 from overtrimming.

I've called them rigging tubes, some are split so easy, some are solid and you have to disconnect EVERYTHING to pass thru the new one, you can cut the old one off though. I've seen folks repair them by 'lacing' the hoses and tubes, but the rigging tube looks ten times better

Yep rigging tube or rigging hose is what we always called them.  PITA to get stuff back inside of one.  There always seems to be more in there than will actually fit.

Is yours braided material or corrugated plastic?

Braided requires complete disconnect of all wires, hoses, etc. Corrugated plastic tube is usually split and can be replaced relatively easily.

Thanks, knowing what to call it is a big help. Fixed it but tube isn't long enough to last. Cut out about 3" or so.
My partners 2015 Merc won't let you trim enough to break the hose, rather rigging tube. That is a pain too. Something not quite as fragile, you'd think.

Sounds like it's probably rugged material, but a hassle to change.
