It was amazing to see Rick Clunn bag just shy of 100 lbs. over the course of 4 days in the ST. Johns River this past weekend!!
His final day bag weighed in at 34 lb.s 14 oz. He had a 9 lb 14 oz. and another giant over 9 lbs. anchoring his day 4 bag. Unbelievable!

I saw him in Bass Pro last month in one of the isles sitting on the floor looking at baits. I did not want to bother him so I just walked on by.

That's pretty cool. I've met him before, many, many years ago when BASS fished a pro tourney on the CT river in Hartford. He didn't do very well and was pretty down on himself. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy, though. (yes)
