I found a great place to get puck lights that mount to your transom without screws at the site below. Buy the Lexan mounts and they flush mount with heavy duty 3M tape. I heated the transom and tape with a hair dryer, stuck a light on, and an hour later could not pull it off. I used zip ties to bring the wiring up my transducer wire into the bilge, then to a dimmer switch on the dash tied into my deck LEDs. The lights come in several colors, too.

Those look cool, Tom. I guess my question would be "did you put lights there for a specific reason, or just for looks?
-
Well Curt, let me tell you this... When someone asks, they are for backing in shallow water, to help with launching, etc. But when I am alone at night and ask myself the same question I answer "because they look cool as heck flying down the lake!"
:) :)

Good answer haha

LOL.. @Treeman12 why did I know you'd say something like that?? ;D
-
@Bullet3119 ............. Why do I not have something like this on my boat?! I know we talked about something like this before.

@Treeman12 thanks for the info on how you installed them. The tape idea is cool :)
With all of the night fishing I do, they might be worth installing just for the extra lighting they'd provide for backing down ramps after dark 8)

These, combined with the blue LEDs I have on the trailer make ALL the difference backing in at night!
