Beautiful.  Do those lights draw bugs at night or are they just for pretty?

They aren't real bad for bugs. The white and blue are a little worse for bugs.

No, not just for pretty. Makes it a lot easier to see your way around in the boat, find stuff, re-tie, etc.

Bullet, when I get another boat, if it does not already have the Bluewater LED's on it I will get them. I also like that you can put the front nav lights in the rubrail  8) One less thing to worry about.

One less thing to worry about, and one less thing in the way!

@Carter If you fish after dark, I mean really after dark, bugs won't be a problem at all.

Bugs are at their worst at dusk and then they pretty much disappear once it gets completely dark. White lights might draw a few here and there, but red and green lights don't tend to draw them much at all.

Unless you are at Ky Lake, those jokers will pack your truck off!

The bugs are bad at Taylorsville too.

I've only been over there once. That was with @n2ratfishin we figured out a pattern and had an excellent day over there!

Come to think of it, just about every time I've fished with @n2ratfishin we have caught some good fish.

@Curt I think the guys down south have it much worse than us. Thankfully the mosquitoes all go to bed around here at 10PM.  I've heard down south there are night wasp. Not sure if that is true.

I do remember when I was fishing Beach Pond in RI/CT and a June Bug or something flew into my chest at night in the fog and I screamed like a little Girl! LOL

On Stockton lake you can't have a light anywhere near your face or they'll get in your eyes and up your nose before you can retie a bait.

@Bullet3119 Yep! And maybe a small one on the side of the console too, with its own built in on/off switch, but in white.

When we first did this install, we had a white one in the center. @Jimmy RodandReel  thought it would look better with all red, so we switched it out. We have done a few trial runs on Jimmy's boat. He has several unique custom lighting projects on his boat/motor. The lights in his cowling are nothing short of AMAZING!

Love the Bluewater Extreme lights.  Here's some pics that CR Customs installed in my boat.   \o/  \o/

There are reasons why I chose Bluewater LED lights for my boat.
#1. Made is the USA!
#2. Lifetime warranty
#3. OUTSTANDING customer service. When you call Bluewater you talk to a real person and they care about why your calling.
#4. Great prices compared to the "Cheap China Made JUNK!"
#5. Outstanding product line.
