Title: Tried Some Night Fishing Again...
Post by: Curt on June 12, 2017, 10:48:15 AM
And this time I caught some fish  (yes)

Fished with a buddy of mine on Saturday evening. We fished from around 8 PM until shortly after midnight. I couldn't stay too late because I had to get up early for a guide trip on Sunday morning.

I ended up with 11 bass up to about  1/4 lbs. No big bites at all, but it was fun catching that many fish in a short trip  (yes)

Nothing on a spinnerbait or topwater, but they were loving a 4 inch stick worm fished with a 1/16 oz. bullet weight.

Water temp was still a bit low, being just under 70  or right at 70 or so in a few areas. But the heatwave we're having right now will fix that for sure  (giggle)

Today is supposed to be record highs, topping out in the mid to high 80s. Here we go again, from early Spring temps right into summer!

No, I keep forgetting I have them.  (fp)

I saw them in my boat the other day and made a mental note to rig one up and try it the next time I'm out.
