Title: Bass in a Funk
Post by: Curt on November 05, 2015, 09:23:38 AM
With the water temps here dropping and the sudden warm spell, the bass don't seem to know what to do.

Yesterday and the day before were in the mid 60s, which is pretty high for early November in these parts.

With the water temperatures in a falling mode, the bass can't seem to adjust to this sudden influx of warm air and rising water temps.

Contrary to what you'd think would happen, it has actually caused them to shut down. I've seen this a few times over the last few years, so I know it's a fact. I also had another friend, who's a really good angler, mention the same thing yesterday, stating that he fished yesterday and the day before, with very few bites.

Bass can definitely keep you guessing! But I guess that's what keeps us coming back for more  (hmm)
