Title: Down Image disappeared

I have 2 HDS 7 Gen 2 with the LSS 2 mounted.One at the bow and one in the console. I had to do a factory reset and my Down Image screen capability went away and I cannot seem to get it back. I have sonar and side imaging. I use to have all three screens on the structure selection. I followed the install instructions again but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked for firmware updates since you did that?  Maybe that will help.

@Eric Low You run Lowrance units. Any ideas on this one?

It has been a few years since I had those units. Make sure you install the correct transducer I believe 800/400/83 hz. Sounds like it is just picking up 83. Do you have down scan on the TM or are the units linked? Neither unit works?

You have to reselect your tranducer type
