Just in case anyone ever searches for this or wants to know, this is how the center seats install...
Remove the three wing nuts from inside the center storage console box....

Remove center console...

Slide backrest down partial and snap into place....

Slide seat bottom in between the arm rest....

Push back rest down to meet seat bottom...
